摘　　要：幼儿园实施个性教育是《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》的要求,受到学术界的支持,同时,也是社会文化发展的趋向。集体教学是目前我国幼儿园的重要教育形式,具有多方面的现实基础。个性教育在幼儿园集体教学中的实现面临认识上和教师能力上的限制。The implementation of individualized education in preschools is the requirement of Teaching Guidelines for Preschool Education,and is supported by the Academia,at the same time,it represents the trend of social and cultural development as well.Currently,Collective Teaching is an important form of preschool education in China,with a wide range of basis in reality.The implementation of individualized education is confined to teacher＇s consciousness and ability in collective teaching of preschools.
