摘　　要：《管理学》案例教学的实施主要包括课前准备、课堂分析与讨论和课后总结与评价三个环节。可通过精心选择教学案例,提升教师理论修养和实践能力,完善激励机制和考核体系等途径提高案例教学的有效性。Case Teaching in Management major includes three aspects： pre-class preparation,classroom analysis and discussion and after-school summarization and evaluation.In order to improve the effectiveness of Case Teaching,it is necessary to select cases carefully,to enhance teachers＇ theory level and practice ability,to perfect the incentive mechanism and evaluation system.
