摘　　要：从介绍积极心理学入手,分析积极心理学对推进高校心理健康教育的启示,论述在积极心理学视角下如何有成效地推进高校心理健康教育,并针对《大学生心理健康教育》课程做探索性的设计。Based on the introduction of positive psychology,this essay analyzes the impellent influence of positive psychology on psychological health education in colleges and universities,expounds its promotion from the perspective of positive psychology,and makes exploratory design for the course.
