摘　　要：教育硕士以培养服务于基础教育改革和信息化社会发展的高级应用性人才为目的,对教育教学技能和职业素养有特殊的要求。广西师范学院依托"未来教师空间站"开展信息化环境下教育硕士专业教育、科学研究、实践技能、教学方式和学习方法等方面创新人才培养模式,初步实现了教学与科研并进,创新与传统相融,课内与课外一体,理论与实践并重、校内外结合的培养机制,有效的推进了专业硕士学位教育和人才培养模式的创新改革。Master of Education（Ed.M） aims at cultivating applied talents serving to the primary educational reform and development of information society,which requires a special teaching skill and the métier quality.Guangxi Teachers Education University,supported by the space station for teachers-to-be,innovates the cultivating mode of Ed.M,including the circumstance of professional education,scientific research,practical skills and teaching methods etc.Basically realizing education mechanism of Ed.M,including the progress of teaching and research,the interlink between innovation and tradition,integration inside and outside class teaching,the combination of theory with practice,which improves the innovation and reform of Ed.M cultivating mode effectively.
