摘　　要：结合高校餐饮工作实际,分析了当前高校餐饮服务面临的新情况和新问题,探讨了创建学习型后勤党组织的重要性,并在调研的基础上,提出了创建学习型后勤党组织,促进高校餐饮创新服务能力提升的路径选择。Combined with the catering practice in colleges and universities,it analyzes the current situations and new problems.Discussion on the significance of establishing the learning-oriented party organization is conducted.And on the basis of surveying,it proposed to create the learning-oriented logistic party organization,and the option to improve its innovative ability.
