摘　　要：通过对X师范大学师范专业大四女生思想道德素质现状的问卷调查,从角色认识、风度仪表和行为礼仪等方面分析了大四女师范生的思想道德素质现状,着重研究了当前女师范生思想道德素质存在的问题及产生的原因,针对这些问题提出进一步提高女师范生思想道德素质的相关对策,以更好地贯彻实施国家"育人为本""德育为先"的战略。This paper is based on a questionnaire survey on the current situation of normal college senior female students’ideological and moral qualities.It gives an analysis on the current situation from the aspects of role cognition,etiquette and behavior,focused on studying problems and causes.The authors then give suggestions of how to intensify the normal college students’ ideological and moral qualities in order to better implement the national ＂people-oriented＂,＂moral-first＂ strategy.
