英汉翻译过程中的自我纠错能力研究

摘　　要：结合有声思维的方法对十名英语学习者在翻译过程中的自我纠错表现进行数据分析和描写性研究。结果显示:10名受试自我纠错的成功率为66.7%;但存在较大个体差异,最高的为89.7%,而最低的仅为54.9%;整体在线纠错(on-line self-correction)数低于离线纠错(off-line self-correction)数,但三分一的受试表现出相反趋势,即其离线纠错数低于在线纠错数;整体理解纠错(comprehension correction)数与翻译质量之间呈正比,粗译纠错和精译纠错与翻译质量之间暂未发现相关关系。This study adopts the method of Think- Aloud Protocal （TAP） to inspect the self- corrections of ten subjects in translation. It indicates that they are competent to correct errors during the course of translation, and their on - line self- corrections are fewer than their off- line self- corrections. However, near one third of the subjects show an opposite pattern. Moreover, this study finds that there is a positive correlation between comprehension correction and translation quality, while no correlation is determined between translation quality and the other two types of self- correction.
