摘 要:[目的]探讨护士心理授权与工作绩效之间的关系。[方法]运用一般情况调查表、心理授权量表和工作绩效量表对540名护士进行问卷调查,并对所有数据进行统计学分析。[结果 ]护士心理授权得分为3.47分±0.45分,工作绩效得分为2.89分±0.23分,均处于中等水平;不同学历、职称护士的心理授权感知水平及工作绩效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);心理授权与工作绩效呈显著正相关(r=0.437,P<0.01),自我效能、工作意义、自主性及工作影响与工作绩效呈正相关(P<0.01)。[结论]护士心理授权感知程度和工作绩效均处于中等水平;学历越高,职称越高,护士的心理授权水平及工作绩效越高;心理授权影响工作绩效,管理者应注重提高护士心理授权感知水平,从而提高工作绩效。Objective:To probe into the relationship between psychological empowerment and Job performance in nurses.Methods:A total of 540 nurses were investigated with general questionnaire,psychological empowerment scale and performance scale questionnaire,and all data were statistically analyzed.a statistically significant difference Results:The psychological empowerment score and job performance score were respectively(3.47±0.45) and(2.89±0.23),which were in the middle-level.The psychological empowerment perception and job performance were different among different qualifications and titles of nurses(P〈0.01);Psychological empowerment was positively correlated with job performance(r=0.437,P〈0.01),and self-efficacy,the meaning of work,autonomy,and work impact were positively correlated with job performance(P〈0.01).Conclusion:The psychological empowerment perception and job performance of nurses were in the middle-level.The higher educational background and titles were,the higher the level of psychological empowerment and job performance of nurses was.The psychological empowerment can influence the job performance.The leader should pay attention to improve the level of nurses' psychological empowerment perception,so as to promote the job performance.
