关于高校青年教师多媒体教学的几点思考

摘　　要：目前,多媒体教学在现代高等教育中的运用越来越广泛,且已在教学活动中占据主导地位。随着高等教育的快速发展,青年教师也成为高校教师的主要组成部分,但青年教师在利用多媒体教学时还存在一些问题,如果得不到解决,将影响到高校的教学和人才培养质量。文章通过分析青年教师多媒体教学中存在的问题,探讨了完善青年教师运用这种教学手段的途径。Currently,multimedia teaching is more and more widely used in the modern higher education,and has occupied a dominant position in the teaching activities.With the rapid development of higher education,young teachers have also become a major component of the university teachers.However,there are still some problems during the use of multimedia teaching for the young teachers.If these problems were not resolved,the quality of teaching and personnel training will be affected directly.In the paper,the problems that existing in multimedia teaching for young teachers has been analyzed and the approaches on how to make this teaching mean become perfect has been discussed.
