摘 要:以活性炭为载体制备的钌碳(Ru/C)作催化剂,将其用于乙酰丙酸甲酯多相催化加氢实验中。在质子溶剂中对Ru/C催化乙酰丙酸甲酯加氢反应进行了讨论,并利用透射电镜以及X射线衍射仪对Ru/C催化剂在使用前后的变化进行了表征。考察了反应温度,反应时间,催化剂用量,溶剂等对反应的影响,实验结果表明在温度为190℃、时间为150min、催化剂用量为20%(相对于乙酰丙酸甲酯的质量分数)、压力为3.0MPa、溶剂为无水甲醇时,该反应γ-戊内酯的选择性为92.2%,产物γ-戊内酯的产率达到92.2%。Use active carbon as carrier to preparation the Ru/C catalyst,this Ru/C was applied in heterogeneous catalyst hydrogenation of methyl levulinate,the fresh and used catalysts were characterized by TEM and XRD,the reaction pathway for the hydrogenation of methyl levulinate was proposed in the protic solvent.Effects of various factors reaction temperature,reaction time,dosage of catalyst and solvent were discussed.The suitable conditions of preparing γ-valerolactone by hydrogenation of methyl levulinate were as follows:temperature was 190℃,reaction time was 150min,dosage of catalyst was 20%(based on the mass fraction of methyl levulinate),pressure was 3.0MPa,and solvent was absolute methanol.The selectivity of γ-valerolactone was 92.2%,and the productivity of γ-valerolactone was 92.2%.
