摘  要:为优化裙带菜孢子叶多糖的提取工艺,利用响应面中的Box-Behnken设计优化果胶酶辅助提取裙带菜孢子叶多糖的工艺条件。以多糖得率为评价指标,最终确定果胶酶辅助提取裙带菜孢子叶多糖工艺条件为酶加量0.65%、液料比59∶1(V∶m),pH值3.4。该条件下,裙带菜孢子叶多糖得率为4.79%。To optimize the extracting technology of polysaccharide from sporophyll of Undaria pinnatifida,the technological condition of pectase-assistant extracting polysaccharide from sporophyll of Undaria pinnatifida was optimized by response surface methodology(RSM).Polysaccharide extraction yield was as evaluated index and final optimal technological conditions of pectase-assistant extracting polysaccharide were as follows: the amount of pectase was 0.65%,the ratio of water and material was 59:1(V∶m) and pH was 3.4,respectively.At this condition,polysaccharide extracting yield from sporophyll of Undaria pinnatifida was 4.79%.
