多种教学法相结合解决心电图教学中的问题

摘　　要：针对心电图教学中存在的三个问题:大量的数值枯燥难记,心电图基础理论晦涩难懂,临床心电图复杂多变,灵活运用多种教学方法,将心电图的重要性贯穿教学的始终;从学生感兴趣的问题入手,引出心电学基础知识;配合多媒体,借助心脏模型立体教学;结合临床病例,选用真实图谱教学,以期提高心电图教学质量。Aiming at tackling the three problems in electrocardiology teaching,which are mass data that are boring and elusive, abstruse basic theory of electrocardiology and complex diversified circumstances in clinical electrocardiogram diagnosis, we used various teaching methods accordingly, thereby emphasizing the significance of electrocardiology learning throughout the teaching. Starting from the questions attracting students, we drew forth the fundamental knowledge of electrocardiology. Assisted by multimedia, we taught the student with models of heart. It referred to clinical cases and chose real atlas to improve electrocardiology teaching.
