摘　　要：根据医学院校计算机基础课程特点,从学科定位、课程体系、教学系统、资源建设、环境建设、评价机制及师资培养等方面提出了该课程改革的具体做法。并指出该研究成果对计算机基础课程教学指导不仅具有创新性、实用性,而且具有普及性和发展性,符合未来人才发展需求。According to the characteristics of computer fundamental courses at medical colleges and universities, the article explores the specific practices in course reform regarding disciplinary orientation, curriculum, teaching system, resources construction, environment construction, assessment system and teacher training. It points out that in guiding the teaching of computer fundamental courses, the research findings are of not only innovativeness and availability but also universality and expansibility, thus meeting the needs of talents＇ development in the future.
