摘　　要：在分析现存考试评价模式的基础上,介绍了医学全英教学采用形成性评价的必要性,并对其实施过程中的有关问题进行了讨论,指出采用形成性评价不仅能客观反映学生的学习效果,更能促进学生的学习。This paper first analyzes the existing examination and assessment mode. Then it discusses the necessity of adopting formative evaluation method in all-English medical teaching and related issues during its implementation. It points out that formative evaluation method can not only objectively reflect the outcome of students＇learning but also promote the learning itself.
