摘　　要：对轿车子午线轮胎气密层胶配方进行优化。试验结果表明,采用强威粉TNK等量代替轻质碳酸钙,适当减小氯化丁基橡胶用量,并对硫化体系进行调整,胶料的气密性变化不大,原材料成本降低,成品轮胎耐久性能和高速性能符合国家标准要求。The inner li showed that,by using Stro addition level of CIIR,and little, material cost was red ner compound of passenger car radial tire was modified. The test results nWi TNK instead of light calcium carbonate by equal weight,reducing the adjusting the vulcanization system,the air tightness of compound changed uced, and the endurance and high speed performance of the finished tire met the requirements of national standards.
