剑桥大学教师发展政策及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：英国大学教师发展政策的制定与实施在促进教师发展方面起到了举足轻重的作用。文章通过对剑桥大学教师发展政策进行案例研究,分析了其政策产生的历史背景、形成与发展、主要内容与实施特点,提出了我国在教师发展政策的制定时,应循序渐进成立专门的教师发展机构提供有针对性的发展项目;通过评估提高教师发展项目的质量;保证教师培训的经费和时间制定基于大学的教师发展政策。The development and implementation of staff development policies played a pivotal role in promoting staff development. This essay studied the Cambridge University staff development policy, analyzed the background of its policy-making, the development of content and features of its implementation, with a view to reference universities in China to make staff development policy gradually, to establish a center for staff development, to provide targeted development programs, to assess programs provided by the staff development center, to fund the staff development programs and ensure training time for staff, and to develop a University-based teacher development polieies.
