摘 要:针对挖掘机耗油高、排放差等问题,通过分析挖掘机工况特征及发动机输出扭矩的波动情况,结合能量再生系统功率密度大的特点,提出将液压混合动力以并联方式配置在挖掘机上代替传统单一动力源的新型节能方法.该方法通过吸收发动机多余功率、回转装置的惯性能和动臂处的重物势能达到节能目地,对不同的能量回收装置控制方式进行了分析,设计了基于智能PID的转矩和转速控制算法,并通过仿真和模拟实验平台验证了算法对提高系统控制性能的有效性和适用性.研究结果表明,采用该方法可平均发动机的功率,高效回收系统能量.Regarding present problems of high fuel consumption and poor emission standards of excavators,a new energy saving method was proposed which combined the analysis of the working characteristic of the excavator and the fluctuations of the engine output torque with the power density characteristics of an energy regeneration system.This method configured the excavator in a parallel hydraulic hybrid instead of the traditional single power source.By way of absorbing excess engine power,rotary power,and gravitational potential energy of the active arm,this method can achieve the goal of saving energy.In order to analyze the different control methods of the energy recovery,a torque and speed control method based on intelligent proportional-integral-derivative(PID) were designed.The simulation results show that the proposed method can improve system effectiveness and applicability.Additionally,this method can average energy power efficiently and can help recover system energy.
