攀岩运动在广西高职院校开展趋势初探

摘　　要：攀岩运动是休闲体育的一种。广西高职院校开展攀岩运动课程具有良好的自然条件、群众基础和师资力量等有利条件,攀岩运动准入门槛也不高,是适合在广西高校大力推广的体育项目,发展前景广阔。攀岩课程的定位应适应高校体育课程改革的要求,充分体现高校学生的求知欲望和接受新鲜事物的心理需求,提高学生身心健康和社会适应能力,促进学生个性发展。Guangxi＇ present conditions and advantages give birth to tremendous development potentials for launching rock climbing sport,a type of leisure sports.The favorable conditions for opening rock climbing sports in Guangxi-based vocational colleges,such as good natural conditions,sound mass basis,rich teacher resources,and low access threshold,makes it an appropriate sport to be publicized in Guangxi-based college.The positioning of rock climbing sport should be in line with the reform and development of college physical education,reflecting college students＇ desire for knowledge as well as their physical and psychological needs for accepting new things.The campaign is conductive to promoting students＇ physical and psychological health and social adaptation ability,and subsequently,their individual development.
