摘 要:以某混合动力客车的动力总成悬置系统为研究对象,建立了动力总成悬置系统6自由度刚体动力学模型。针对混合动力客车实际运行中出现法兰盘断裂的问题,对动力总成悬置系统进行了模态分析,并提出了改进方案。通过实车道路试验测试,测量并分析了动力总成相对于车架的侧倾角位移。结果表明,改进方案能够明显减小动力总成与车架的相对侧倾角位移,从而改善动力总成的运动和受力状态,防止动力总成与电机输出轴之间的运动干涉,有效地解决了法兰盘断裂的问题。The 6 degree of freedom rigid dynamics model of the hybrid electrical bus powertrain mounting system was established to be the study object in this paper.According to the problem of flange plant damage occurred in actual operation,the powertrain mounting system modal characteristics were analyzed and an improved program was proposed.The relative rolling angular displacement between powertrain and frame was measured and analyzed through road test.It showed that the improved program can obviously reduce the relative rolling angular displacement between powertrain and frame,then it can improve the force and motion state of the powertrain,and it can prevent the movement interference between the powertrain and the output shaft of motor,thus it can solve the problem of flange plant damage.
