摘　　要：为了解决目前高校医务室药品管理效率偏低、管理欠科学的问题,通过需求分析、可行性分析,利用计算机技术、网络技术、通信技术设计了一套基于web的高校药品管理系统,该系统包括基本信息维护、采购管理、库存管理三部分功能。系统的实现采用asp.net+access技术,B\S结构,拥有独特的汉字自动转换成拼音及药品分装处理设计,系统还为数字化校园建设预留数据接口。该套系统的投入使用提高了高校药房工作的效率,实现了药品的信息化、科学化管理,并且运行在校园网上,使用方便,维护简单。In order to solve the low efficiency of drug administration university clinic,the management problems due to science, through the needs analysis,feasibility analysis,using computer technology,network technology,and communication technology has designed a web-based university drug administration system,which includes Basic information maintenance,purchasing management, inventory management features of three parts.Implementation of the system using asp.net ＋ access technology,B ／ S structure,has a unique character automatically converted to Pinyin and drug-packing process design,the system set aside for the digital campus data interface.The system used to improve the efficiency of the university pharmacy,to achieve the drug information,scientific management, and running on the campus network,easy to use and simple maintenance.
