对西北地区学校体育教育民主化的思考

摘　　要：素质教育是世界教育改革和发展的主流,而教育的民主化则是素质教育贯彻实施的具体表现和主要标志,也是学校体育教育改革、发展的必然趋势,本文以民主化为出发点,对西北地区学校体育教育民主化现状进行了分析,提出西北地区实现学校体育民主化的方法和措施。Quality education is the mainstream of the education development and reform in the world. Democratization of education is not only specific performance and the main logo but also the trend in implementing quality education. The paper took the democratization as a starting point, analyzed the status and oroposed some methods and measures for democratization in school physical education of Northwest.
