摘 要:目的:探讨抑癌基因RKIP和NPRL2在口腔涎腺腺样囊性癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测RKIP蛋白和NPRL2蛋白在52例口腔涎腺腺样囊性癌组织、26例癌旁腺样囊性癌组织及15例正常涎腺组织中的表达,并分析RKIP和NPRL2的表达与腺样囊性癌临床病理学特征的关系。结果:免疫组化结果显示腺样囊性癌组织、癌旁及正常涎腺组织中RKIP和NPRL2的阳性率分别为48.08%、76.92%、93.33%和46.15%、80.77%、93.33%;腺样囊性癌组织中RKIP和NPRL2的表达显著低于癌旁及正常涎腺组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而腺样囊性癌组织和癌旁组织中两者蛋白的表达均呈显著正相关(P=0.000,P=0.005)。结论:RKIP和NPRL2表达的减少或缺失与腺样囊性癌的发生发展、侵袭转移密切相关。Objective: To explore the expression and clinical significance of tumour suppressor genes RKIP and NPRL2 in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC). Methods: RKIP and NPRL2 proteins' levels were determined with Immunohistochemistry in 52 cases of SACC, 26 cases of paracancerous SACC tissue and 15 cases of normal salivary adenoid tissue. The correlation between these two proteins and SACC pathology was determined too. Results:Percentage of RKIP and NPRL2 positive tissue of SACC, paracancerous SACC and normal salivary adenoid tissue were 48.08%, 76.92%, 93.33 % and 46.15 %, 80.77%, 93.33% respectively. Expression of RKIP and NPRL2 proteins were markedly lower in SACC than that in paracancerous SACC and normal salivary adenoid tissue (P〈0.05). Moreover, there was a remarkable positive correlation between these two proteins and SACC, paracancerous SACC (P= 0. 000, P= 0. 005). Conclusion: There might be a close relationship between decrease or deletion of RKIP and NPRL2 and development or metastasis of SACC.
