摘 要:打纬机构是剑杆织机中利用往复摆动的筘座将纬纱打向织口的机构,它与织机的工作效率和机架墙板的寿命密切相关。为研究打纬机构对织机墙板振动的影响,建立了四连杆打纬机构的理论模型,对打纬机构进行了运动学和动力学分析,求出轴承支座的约束反力,并利用ADAMS对机构虚拟样机进行了动力学仿真,仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性,为后续研究织机墙板振动特性和优化提供了参考依据。Beating-up Motion is an important part of the rapier loom, which swings weft into weaving-machine cloth-fell by reciprocating jigging motion of the sley. It also has significant effect on the work efficiency of loom and the lifetime of clapboard on loom rack. In order to research the Vibration of the loom wall caused by the beating-up motion. First, a theoretical model of four-bar beating-up motion was built up and the kinematics and dynamics analysis was carried out for this motion. In addition, a dynamic simulation for the motion's virtual prototype was done by using Adams and the simulation results show the correctness of the theoretical analysis. Moreover, a reference frame was provided for the further study of loom clapboard's vibration characteristics and optimization.
