摘  要:实际的混合隔振系统一般由刚体振源、弹性安装基础以及连接它们的隔振器、作动器构成,是一个复杂的具有刚柔耦合特性的无限维分布参数系统。为了兼顾系统建模的准确性和控制器设计的方便性,采用子结构模态综合法对柔性基础混合隔振系统进行建模,并与ANSYS建立的有限元模型进行对比,在验证模型有效性的基础上,基于修正的独立模态控制算法对混合隔振系统进行控制设计和仿真分析,结果表明设计的混合隔振系统能够有效地减小基础的振动响应,且隔振效果优于被动隔振系统。An actual hybrid vibration isolation system usually consists of a rigid vibration source, a flexible base, an isolator and an actuator. It is a complex rigid-flexible coupled system with infinite dimensions. To obtain an accurate model and design the controller expediently, the hybrid vibration isolation system with flexible base is modeled based on the substructure modal synthesis method. The availability of this modeling method is proved in comparison with the FEM model built by ANSYS. Then, a hybrid vibration isolation control system is designed, simulated and analyzed based on the modified independent-modal space-control method. The results show that the vibration of the base is reduced effectively by the hybrid vibration isolation system, and the isolation effect is better than that of the passive vibration isolation system.
