摘  要:为利用火龙果果皮中的果胶,采用微波辅助提取方法对火龙果果皮中的果胶进行提取。以果胶提取率作为测定指标,探讨了料液比、微波功率、微波提取时间、提取液pH对果胶产率的影响,通过正交试验确定适宜工艺条件。结果表明,适宜组合pH为2.0,料液比为1∶20(g/mL),微波输出功率为640 W,微波时间为40 s,在此条件下果胶产率可达到15.82%。The condition of extracting the pectin from the Hyloereus peel under microwave radition were studied in this paper.With the extraction rate of pectin as an examinable target,the influent factors of the ratio of solvent to material,the power of microwave radiation,the extracting time and the pH were studied.The suitable extraction conditions of pectin had been proposed by microwave assisted extraction through orthogonal test method.The results from the single factors and orthogonal tests showed that the suitable conditions of extraction were pH value at 2.0,1∶20(g/mL),microwave power at 640 W and extraction time for 40 s,under these conditions,the yield of pectin is up to 15.82 %.
