摘　　要：绿色技术创新兼顾经济效益、生态效益和社会效益,是符合可持续发展要求的一种技术创新。我国用于绿色技术创新资金投入严重不足,税收激励政策不完善。政府应通过完善促进绿色技术创新的财政、金融政策支持体系和市场服务体系,加强产学研合作,推进绿色技术创新及其产业化,为绿色技术创新提供支持和保障。Green technology innovation, as a kind of technology innovation that meets the requirements of sustainable development, can gain economic, ecological and social benefits on balance. However, there is serious shortage of investment funds in China＇s green technology innovation, and tax incentives are inadequate. The government should improve the fiscal and monetary policy support system, improve the market service system, strengthen cooperation between industry, academic studies and scientific research, and industrialize to promote the innovation, so as to provide support and guarantee for green technology innovation.
