摘　　要：邓小平对于高校教学质量问题具有系统、丰富的论述。他强调:任何时候都不要忽略高校教学质量问题;要加强教学管理,努力做好后勤;要改革教学内容,适应经济发展;要提高师资水平,建立激励机制;要提供良好生源,培养良好学风,等等。当前我国高校教学质量问题已引起社会各界广泛关注,邓小平的高校教学质量思想,对于保证和提高我国高校教学质量具有重要的现实指导意义。DENG Xiaoping made a systematic and rich elaboration of colleges and universities＇ teaching quality.He stressed that teaching quality cannot neglected at any time,teaching management should be strengthened,logistics improved,teaching contents reformed to adapt to economic development,teachers＇ levels enhanced,incentive mechanism established,good students provided,good study style trained,etc.At present,colleges and universities＇ teaching quality in China has attracted wide public attention and concern.DENG Xiaoping＇s colleges and universities＇ teaching quality thought is of great practical guiding significance to guarantee and improve colleges and universities＇ teaching quality.
