摘　　要：目的 :探讨高压氧 (HBO)对人不同牙周袋深度牙周炎患者牙周各临床指标和袋底菌斑形态的影响。方法 :选 2 0例牙周炎患者 ,用HBO治疗 ,常规方法测定 438个患牙各临床指标的变化 ,用刚果红负性染色法观察袋底菌斑不同形态细菌的变化。结果 :HBO对A组、B组和C组各临床指标和袋底菌斑的作用不同 ,治疗前后A组和B组的改变幅度明显大于C组 ,GI的改变幅度最大 ,PLI的改变幅度最小 ;治疗后A组袋底球菌、杆菌、梭状菌改变幅度最大 ,B组次之 ,C组改变最小 ,治疗后三组袋底的螺旋体均明显减少。结论 :HBO对人牙周炎不同袋深牙周炎的治疗作用不同 ,其中对A组的作用最强 。Objective: Study the effect of HBO on periodontal indices and plaque morphology in pocket bottom of human periodontitis with different pocket deep. Methods: 20 cases with periodontitis were exposured by HBO, different periodontal clinical indices of 438 teeth were measured, and the plaque in pocket bottom were analyzed by congo red negative staining.Results: The clinical indices and pocket bottom plaque used with HBO to all three groups were different. The clinical indices of group A and group B after exposure were bigger than group C, The changing of GI were bigger than others, PLI changing were the smallest clinical index. The percentage of coccoid cell、bacillus、Fusiforms changing in pocket bottom of group A after exposure were bigger than others, that of group B changing were moderate, group C changing were the smallest. The percentages of spirochetes in pocket bottom of all three groups after exposure were all decreased more severely.Conclusion: There were different effect of HBO on periodiontitis with different pocket deep. The effect of HBO on group A (shallow pocket) were better than group B and group C (deep pocket). The reason was more related to the concentration of HBO entering to pocket bottom.
