摘　　要：艺术素质教育是文化素质教育的重要组成部分,高等教育应注重以人的全面、和谐发展为目标,对大学生进行艺术素质教育,激发大学生学习艺术的主动性和积极性,提高教学质量和水平。Quality education in art makes up an important part of quality education of culture,and higher education should aim at one＇s all-round and harmonious development.It is now a widespread insight that college students have quality education in art so as to evoke their initiative and enthusiasm in art learning and improve teaching results and standards.
