摘　　要：由于正交多项式矩阵满足三项递推关系，而矩阵连分式的第ｎ次渐近分式也满足三项递推关系，由此构造了一种矩阵连分式，证明了此连分式的第ｎ次渐近分式与其Ｐａｄｅ－逼近及其幂级数之间的关系。For orthogonal polynomials matrix have three recur- rence relations, and the nth convergent of matrix continued frac- tions have also so, we construct a matrix continued fractions. We prove the relations between the nth convergent of matrix continued fractions and their pade- approximations and series.
