摘 要:新疆双语教育实践层面轰轰烈烈,理论研究虽然也进入双语教育热时期,但就双语教育整体工作而言学术界声音依然微弱。新疆连续两年双语教学论坛成功举办,来自一线的实践工作者与理论研究者讨论热烈,笔者从知识分子的角度提出三个问题:推进速度,又快又好还是又好又快?培养模式,同一还是多样?教学语言选择,政府选择还是家庭自主选择?并进行了分析与探讨。The practice of bilingual education in Xinjiang is now heating up while the theoretical research on it is somewhat lagging behind. The hosting of "Bilingual Teaching Forum" per year for two years in succession in Xinjiang signals that the theoretical research on bilingual teaching starts heating up. The author of the paper proposes three questions from the intellectual perspective: Which is better to promote the speed of bilingual teaching in Xinjiang, "good and speedy" or "speedy and good" ? What about the teaching mode, single identity or various types? Who is to determine the choice of teaching language, by government order or by family self-determination? The paper analyzes and discusses the above three questions.
