层次分析法在学校综合目标绩效考核中的应用——以乌鲁木齐职业大学为例

摘  要:绩效考核是高职院校对行政教辅部门必须做但又往往做的难以令人满意的一项重要工作。以乌鲁木齐职业大学行政教辅部门的绩效考核为例,利用层次分析法把复杂问题中的各种因素通过划分为相互联系的有序层次(包括目标、准则、方案等层次),使之条理化,并利用数学方法计算反映每一层次元素的相对重要性次序的权值,再通过所有层次之间的总排序计算所有元素的相对权重并进行排序,从而得出每个部门的绩效结果。Performance appraisal is a necessary task conducted yearly in voeational colleges and universities to assess their paraprofessional departments. The paper, taking Urumqi Vocational University as an example, employs Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP for short) to implement the evaluation --- firstly, classify the complicated appraisal proeess into elements and put every element in processing order in accordance with their categories and levels (including targets, criteria, schemes); secondly, calculate with mathematical method the values of element importance in every level; thirdly, calculate the values of all elements in the light of their processing levels and make an order, thus getting a appraisal result of every paraprofessional department in the school.
