台湾高等教育国际化进程与特征研究

摘　　要：高等教育国际化是高校发展的需要,高等教育国际化程度更是社会前进的特征。国际性是欧洲中世纪大学的本质特征,国际化是现代大学追求的目标。中国台湾高等教育经历了日据时期的日本殖民化、国民政府执政期的美国化以及今天全球经济时代的国际化。各阶段的高等教育凸显的特征充分体现了高校国际性的本质,通过列举台湾几所大学国际化进程情况进行跟进。Internationalization of higher education is necessary for the development of higher learning institutions, and the social progress is featured by the degree of internationalization of higher learning. As we know, European medieval universities were characterized by the internationalization, and internationalization is the goal for modern universities. Higher education in Taiwan has been experiencing Japan＇s colonization when Japanese ruled Taiwan, American thought when Chiang Kai-shek government moved to Taiwan and the internationalization when the global economy started. Some cases in Taiwan are presented to witness the process of internationalization of universities in Taiwan.
