快速增加前负荷下运动补剂对肾阳虚家兔血压的影响

摘　　要：目的观察快速增加前负荷下运动补剂对肾阳虚家兔血压的影响。方法将新西兰家兔21只随机分成正常组、模型组和中药组。观察对比3组家兔血压在经静脉快速注入生理盐水增加前负荷前后的变化。结果正常组家兔在增加前负荷后收缩压明显升高,舒张压和平均动脉压基本无变化;模型组家兔在快速增加前负荷过程中,动脉收缩压和舒张压基本不变,平均动脉压在增加前负荷过程中下降;中药组家兔在快速增加前负荷过程中上述指标均无明显变化。结论运动补剂对肾阳虚模型血压有良好的调理作用。Objective It is to observe the regulation effects of sports tonics on cardiovascular function in the kidney - Yang deficiency rabbits when the preload increases sharply. Methods 21 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups, natural group, model group, traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） group. The changes of blood pressure of the rabbits in those three groups were compared when normal saline was injected into vein quickly to increase the preload. Results During the in- creasing of pre - load,in natural group the artery systolic pressure increased,the artery diastolic pressure and the average artery pressure basically remained; in model groups in the process of increasing the preload rapidly, the artery systolic pressure and the artery diastolic pressure basically remain, but the average artery pressure decreased during this process. Meanwhile in the TCM group, during the increasing of preload, the above-mentioned indexes had no evident change. Conclusion The sports tonics have good regulation effects on the cardiovascular function in kidney - Yang deficiency model.
