摘 要:培养学习者自主性已成为最近20多年国内外语言教育研究的基本课题。然而很多外语教师对自主学习的内涵仍然缺乏深刻的认识,以至出现某些术语的误解及误用现象,影响了自主学习理论的探讨及与之密切相关的课堂教学实践活动。怎样认识自主学习的内涵,这里涉及到四个与自主学习密切相关的术语:学习者自主性、自主性学习和自主学习中心、自学,通过比较它们之间的内涵与联系,认清自主学习教学中存在的误区和问题,进而更好地在教学中培养学习者的自主性。Learner autonomy in language learning has been a focus of research in the past 20 years. But some educators and teachers may misunderstand and misuse some relevant terms in this field due to the lack of profound knowledge about it. This leads to some confusion and problems in the research and teaching practice. This paper attempts to explore the connotations of the four key terms in the field of autonomy, and to explore their relationships and differences: learner autonomy, autonomous learning, self-access learning center and self-instruction. Lastly, it put forwards four implications for the development of students' autonomy.
