摘 要:目的探讨学校预防性侵犯教育对小学生知识和技能的影响,为在小学开展预防性侵犯教育提供参考。方法选取荆州市3所学校6个班的二年级小学生205名,将学生以班级为单位分为教育组和对照组,由经过培训的学校教师对学生开展教育。分别于教育前、教育后2周和教育后4个月对学生进行问卷调查,评价教育对学生知识和技能的影响。结果教育后2周和4个月,教育组和对照组学生知识、技能得分均比教育前有明显增长,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);教育组学生预防性侵犯知识和技能得分增长值明显高于对照组学生(P值均<0.05)。与对照组学生相比,教育后教育组学生表示若有性侵犯发生,能披露性侵犯事件比例明显增多。结论学校预防性侵犯教育,可以提高小学二年级学生预防性侵犯知识和技能水平。Objective To evaluate the impact of school-based child sexual abuse(CSA) prevention education on grade 2 pupils' knowledge and skills,to provide basic information for CSA prevention education in elementary school.Methods The pupils participated in this study were from 6 classes of grade 2 of 3 schools in Jingzhou City.The pupils were divided into education group and control group by class.The CSA prevention education was conducted by the trained school teachers.Pre-test,post-test and follow-up test was completed by the pupils,to evaluate the impact of school CSA prevention education on the pupils' knowledge and skills.Results After education,the pupils' knowledge and skills of CSA prevention in the education group were significantly higher than the ones in the control group.Compared with the pupils in the control group,more pupils in the education group showed that they can disclose the CSA if it happened after education.Conclusion School CSA prevention education can help children to lean CSA prevention knowledge and skills.
