摘  要:目的:了解川北医学院护理新生营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)的现状,评价营养健康教育效果,为有效改善医学生的营养健康状况提供科学依据。方法:随机抽取川北医学院护理本科2008级10个小班的学生,以集体授课方式进行营养教育,教育前后用自编问卷进行营养知识、态度和行为调查。结果:实施营养教育后护理新生营养知识明显提高,得分由(15.76±4.15)分提高到(25.17±4.26)分,营养态度较好,饮食行为较教育前有所改善,得分由(4.87±1.57)分提高到(6.77±1.57)分。结论:营养教育可以提高护理新生的营养知识水平,是改善其不良饮食行为的有效方法。Objective:To study the knowledge, attitude,and behavior( KAP) on the nutritional status of student nursing freshmen in North Sichuan Medical College and to evaluate the effect of nutritional health education, in order to provide a scientific basis for promoting college students' nutritional health status. Methods : Nutrition education was conducted by way of teaching collectively the student, nursing undergraduates of 10 classes from 2008 graduating class in the North Sichuan Medical College. Nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior surveys were taken with a self-designed questionnaire before and after their education. Results : The knowledge of student nursing freshmen was significantly increased by the education (the corresponding average score was raised form 15.76 ± 4. 15 to 25.17 ± 4.26). Nutritional attitudes were better, and the dietary behavior appropriately improved after nutrition education ( the corresponding average score was raised form 4. 87 :t: 1.57 to 6.77 + 1.57 ). Conclusions : Nutritional education can improve the nursing freshmen's knowledge level of nutrition. It was an effective method to improve dietary behavior of student nursing freshmen
