摘　　要：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》把提高质量确立为教育改革发展的核心任务,明确提出要"建立高等学校质量年度报告发布制度"。据此,宁波职业技术学院于2010年下半年开始对建立高职院校人才培养工作质量年报制度进行了探索,确立了建立高职院校"人才培养工作质量年度报告"的基本原则、结构框架与主要内容。Quality improvement has been prioritized as a key task for educational reform and development in the Outline of China＇ s Plan for Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development, which calls for the establishment of an annual report system on the quality of higher education. Under such context, Ningbo Polytechnic started exploring various aspects of such a system, including its importance, guiding principles and main contents since late 2010. It has successfully formulated an annual report on the quality of personnel, which hopefully will provide reference for peer institutions.
