摘　　要：高职教育行政中的全能政府、政府行政、组织结构单一及其行政行为失范等问题,成为制约我国高职院校推进校企深度合作以及教育经费投入保障等的制度性障碍。需要通过转变政府服务职能,明确政府的高职教育行政权限;优化政府组织结构,提高高职教育行政效率;规范政府行政行为,推动高职教育行政法制化等,实现"善治"的高职教育行政。The issues of the omnipotent government, single organization structure and administrative behavior become a system obstacles to promote college enterprise cooperation and guarantee education vocational education. The strategies on good governance is through governmenting higher education administrative permission, optimizing funding in higher the transformation of government functions, the organizational structure, improving the administrative efficiency of higher vocational education, standardizing the government＇s and promoting higher vocational educational administration legalization, in Higher Administrative.
