摘  要:目的:了解北京市大兴区食品污染物中重金属污染状况。方法:按照北京市食品污染物监测计划并结合大兴区实际情况,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光光谱法对大兴区各生产厂家、超市、农贸市场等各类食品中铅、镉、汞金属进行检测。结果:2010年-2011年共监测231件样品,铅超标率4.33%;镉的超标率5.19%;汞的超标率2.16%。结论:金属污染物普遍存在,不同种类的食品污染不同,对人体健康构成潜在危害,应加强监测、管理。Objective:To understand the situation of heavy metals contamination in foods in Daxing district Of Beijing. Meth- ods: According to the Beijing food contaminants monitoring plans and combining with the actual situation in Daxing district, the lead, cadmium and mercury in various food from the production factories, supermarkets and farmers' markets in Daxing district were tested by GFAAS and AFS. Results: 231 samples were monitored during 2010 -2011. It was found that Pb in 4.33% of samples, Cd in 5.19% of samples and Hg in 2.16% of samples were over standard. Conclusion: The heavy metals contamina- tion in foods was common, different kinds of contaminations were found in different foods, suggesting potential harmful threats to human health. It should be enhanced monitoring and management.
