摘 要:对装有缸内直喷(GDI)汽油机的瑞麒G5轿车分别进行了道路试验和代表极限使用工况的发动机台架试验,研究了甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰(MMT)对缸内直喷汽油机性能的影响。结果表明:排气温度较高的缸内直喷汽油机使用含MMT汽油时,三效预催化器容易堵塞,堵塞物中约50%为锰。除预催化器外,燃烧室、气门和氧传感器等均覆盖有锰沉积物。模拟极限使用工况140km/h车速下运行250h后,催化器约40%表面被堵塞,排气背压增加40%。Both vehicle road test and engine bench test representing extreme driving conditions are conduc- ted on a Ruiqi G5 car equipped with gasoline direct injection (GDI) engine to study the effects of additive methylcyclopentadienyl manganese tricarbonyl (MMT) on the performance of GDI engine. The results show that when the engine uses gasoline containing MMT with high exhaust temperature, the pre-TWC is easily to be clogged by depos- its, half of which is manganese. Besides pre-TWC, the combustion Chamber, valves and oxygen sensor are all cov- ered with manganese deposits. In simulating extreme condition, after 250 hours driving at 140km/h, 40% of cata- lyst surface are clogged, with exhaust back pressure increasing by 40%
