摘  要:目的了解养老院老人的营养状况,探讨简易营养评价精法(short-form mini-nutritional asseassment,MNA-SF)在评价养老院老人中的实用性。方法用简易营养评价精法对养老院老人的营养状况做调查,分析老人的营养状况及可能的相关因素。结果本次研究对象的分值大于或等于11分者占59.8%,小于11分者占40.2%。其中,老人的牙齿缺失情况、心血管疾病、患糖尿病情况与营养状况之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论养老机构应重视老人营养健康教育并改善老人的营养状况;同时,MNA-SF操作简便,对老年人营养不良的评价有较强的实用性。Objective To evaluate the nutritional state of elderly people at nursing home and to find out the availability of short-form mini-nutritional assessment(MNA-SF).Methods MNA-SF was used to assess the nutritional state of the elderly at nursing home and the possible relative factors.Results The study subjects with the score value ≥11 accounted for 59.8%,11 accounted for 40.2%.There was no correlation between anodontia,cardiovascular diseases and diabetes with the nutritional state,showing no statistical difference between them(P0.05).Conclusion The old-age care institutions should pay more attention to the nutritional education and improve the nutritional state of the elderly,and at the same time MNA-SF has strong availability to evaluate the nutritional state of the elderly.
