摘　　要：结合农科有机化学特点,介绍了教学中提高教学质量的一些改革和实践。针对教学对象,选择教学内容,并采用灵活多样的教学方法和手段,激发学生学习兴趣。整合教学内容,引导学生进行总结,提高学生的分析归纳能力。采用积极有效的考评机制,提高学生的课堂参与性,以达到提升教学质量的目的。In view of course features of agricultural organic chemistry, some teaching reform and practice experience were introduced to improve the quality of teaching, including optimizing course content for different teaching objects and using flexible teaching methods to excite students interest, integrating teaching content and guiding students in summarizing to improve students＇ ability in analyzing and induction, making use of appropriate grade assessment system to improve students＂ participation.
