摘　　要：结合我校环境工程专业人才培养目标和化工原理课程特点,对我校环境工程专业化工原理理论课程教学内容、教学方法以及教学理念进行初步改革与实践。并以重力沉降和吸收两个单元操作为例,对工程案例教学法实施和学生工程意识与经济观点培养的具体办法进行了阐述。Primary reform and practice on teaching idea and teaching approaches of principles of chemical engineering theory course of the environmental engineering sepecialty were conducted based on the talent-cultivating objectives of application-oriented region university and charateristics of principle of chemical engineering course. Two opration units, i.e. gravity settling and adsorption were selected as examples to illustrate the sepecific application process of engineering case teaching method and engineering consciousness and economic view cultivation of students.
