技术联盟契约承诺与成员绩效的关系研究

摘　　要：技术联盟契约承诺与成员企业绩效之间存在密切的联系。通过问卷调查和数据分析发现:联盟契约中的收益承诺和关系承诺对成员企业的任务绩效有显著的正向影响;联盟契约中的收益承诺、关系承诺和不确定性承诺均对成员企业的关系绩效有显著的正向影响;联盟契约中的不确定性承诺与成员企业的任务绩效不存在直接的因果关系。The contact between contractual commitments and member performance in technology alliance is very inti- mate. Using questionnaire interview, most of research hypothesis are test. The results indicate that profit and rela- tion commitments in alliance contract are positively related to relation performance of member, and profit, relation and uncertainty commitments in alliance contract are positively related to contextual performance of member, and causal relationship between uncertainty commitments and task performance of member in technology alliance is not direct.
