摘  要:鹅是能较好利用粗饲料的节粮型家禽,但长期以来都采用较为粗放的饲养,饲粮营养成分不均衡,生产潜力未得到充分发挥。目前我国鹅的生产和科研多参考美国NRC标准和前苏联的标准,但由于存在品种、地理环境和饲养方式的差异,这些标准并不完全适用。因此,开展针对性的研究我国鹅的营养需要量十分必要,文章根据国内外对鹅常规营养需要及非常规蛋白原料的相关应用研究作一综述。Goose is grain-saving poultry which can use roughage effectively. But for a long time goose were bred in extensive conditions, in which they have bad growth pe,'formance because of the imbalance in nutrition composition. In addition, the standards in production and research of goose in China were mainly referred to those of the U.S. NRC and the former Soviet Union, but they were not fully applicable because of the differences from species, geographic and feeding. The,efore, it is necessary to study the nutritional requirements of goose in China. This paper reviewed application and research of conventional nutritional requirements and unconventional protein materials in goose.
