摘　　要：西部高校开展心理健康教育工作应结合大学生特有的心理特点和发展规律,在实践中探索学校心理健康教育的内容和形式,形成有特色的心理健康教育工作机制,这项工作具有很强的现实意义,也有理论价值和推广价值。本文以青海民族大学心理健康教育工作的实践为例,对于构建西部高校的心理健康教育模式,使心理健康教育向规范化、制度化和专业化的方向发展做了有益的探索及理论思考。Mental health education in universities and colleges in Western China should be combined with unique psychological characteristics and development laws of the students. It is of practical meaning as well as of theoretical and promotional value to explore content and form of mental health education and set up working mechanism with characteristics. This paper makes exploration and reflection of establishing mental health education model in order to promote its development toward stanitardization, institutionalization and specialization based on the practice of Qinghai University for Nationalities.
