摘　　要：六经传变在《伤寒论》里面包括表里传和循经传。一般而论,凡病邪侵袭,正虚邪盛,则病证由表传里,由阳入阴;若正气恢复,驱邪外出,则病证由里出表,由阴转阳。本文分别论述六经疾病之"传"。Transmutation among six meridians in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases includes transmutation between the interior and exterior and transmutation through meridians. Generally speaking, if the pathogenic factors invade the human body and the heahhy qi is deficient and the pathogenic factors are excessive, the disease may be transmitted from the exterior to the interior and from yang to yin; if the healthy qi is restored and the pathogenic factors are driven away, the disease may be transmitted from the interior to the exterior and from yin to yang. This paper discusses the transmission of diseases among six meridians.
