摘　　要：本文通过对我院酒店管理专业学生为受试的酒店英语问卷调查结果进行分析,对目前高职酒店英语课程设置、教学做出评估,并尝试从课程设置、教学模式、教材建设等三个方面对酒店英语教学进行探索。Based on the analysis of the survey of the sophomores majoring in the Hotel Management Specialty through a questionnaire,this paper evaluates the curriculum and teaching of the course,Hotel English and puts forward some suggestions on the future teaching in the aspects of curriculum,teaching mode and textbook writing.
