摘　　要：教育是扩大内需、产业结构优化升级和自主创新的重要力量。教育服务于经济发展方式转变,必须树立以人为本、素质教育、教育公平的理念,着力于义务教育的均衡化、高中教育的普及化和多样化、职业教育的结构优化和终身化、高等教育的优质化,以推进城镇化、提高劳动者素质、优化产业结构、实现自主创新。教育为经济发展方式转变服务,必须发挥考试"导向之手"、政府"有形之手"、教师"引领之手"和市场"无形之手"的作用。Education is an important force in expanding domestic demand,optimizing and upgrading industrial structure,and realizing independent innovation.For education to serve the mode transformation of economic development,the outlook of people-oriented,quality education and educational equity should be fostered,focusing on the equalization of compulsory education,the popularization and diversification of senior high school education,the structural optimization of lifelong vocational education,and the promotion of the quality of higher education with a goal to enhance urbanization,improve people′s quality,optimize industrial structure,and achieve independent innovation.Besides,the roles of the examination′s ＂orientation hand＂,the government′s ＂visible hand＂,the teacher′s ＂guiding hand＂,and the market′s ＂invisible hand＂ must be brought into full play.
